I don’t have much to say today, because this is one of my extended videos, where I'm actually talking. So I'll save on written text and let you enjoy the spoken stuff.
Without further ado, feast your eyes on my newest recipe and my opinion/experience with/prolonged first impression of the Xbox Series X and the PlayStation 5. Not everything in life is black or white, but these consoles certainly are and so are my delicious black and white cookies!
100g Sugar
2 Eggs
1 Package Custard Powder(~37g)
80ml Milk
250 g Flour
7g Baking Powder
100g Icing Sugar
30ml Water
100g Dark Chocolate
Green & Blue Sugar Color
preheat the oven to 200C top/bottom heat
line a baking sheet with parchment paper
whip the margarine and sugar together until creamy
add the eggs one by one and mix
add flour and milk and mix
add baking powder and custard powder
mix the dough thoroughly and transfer it into a freezer bag
cut off one corner of the bag
pipe 6 larger or 8 smaller heaps onto the baking sheet
bake the cookies on the middle rack for ~15-20min
let them cool and prepare the frosting
mix water and powdered sugar
spread the icing on one half of the flat side of a cookie
repeat the step with the rest and let them dry
melt the chocolate in the microwave in 10sec intervals
spread it on the other half of the flat side of a cookie
repeat the step with the rest and let them dry
decorate the finished cookies with sugar paint
